E-Learning
The E-Learning Program is supported though the City/CUPE Joint Education, Training and Staff Development Fund. Its main purpose is to provide technological and computer training to CUPE rated employees at the City of Winnipeg.
The E-learning Program has a computer lab that is located on the 5th Floor – 180 King Street (Dynasty Building).
