Forepersonship Program
The Forepersonship Program is a long-running, highly respected training program, unlike no other across Canada, for employees with leadership responsibilities. It is a comprehensive program that develops knowledge, skills and abilities for Frontline Supervisors.
There are three comprehensive levels to this program:
Forepersonship Level 1 – Understanding Roles and Responsibilities
Forepersonship Level 2 (Prerequisite: Forepersonship Level 1) – Skill Building
Forepersonship Level 3 (Prerequisite: Forepersonship Level 2) – Advanced
Important note:
Forepersonship levels 1-3 will now go towards the course MGMT–1167 Principles of Supervision & Leadership 1 at Red River College Polytechnic (RRC Polytech).
