City/CUPE Scholarship Learning Program
The Scholarship Learning Program is jointly administered by the City and CUPE as part of the Joint City/CUPE Education, Training and Staff Development Fund. The program was developed to assist CUPE employees with their personal learning plan in order to meet the needs of the city workforce of the future.
Please note that the Scholarship Learning Program is no longer available due to reduced funding to the Joint City/CUPE Education, Training and Staff Development Program.
Should funding levels change, the Joint Committee may consider offering this program in the future.
