Local 500 launches bargaining survey

Thank you all for your hard work to help keep our city operational!

As you may be aware, the current collective agreement for all CUPE members working at the City of Winnipeg will expire on February 28, 2025. Your bargaining committee needs your ideas and priorities for upcoming contract negotiations.

The bargaining survey is an important opportunity for our members to provide input about the changes you want to see in your collective agreement. The results of the survey will form the basis of our proposals during the negotiating process. All information collected through the survey is confidential.

Members can complete the survey online (please use your home computer), or request a hard copy be mailed to you from the Local 500 office by calling 204-942-1001. Please answer all the survey questions to help position us in the best way possible for a fair collective agreement. Survey deadline: Friday, November 1, 2025.
