April 28 is a day to remember our co-workers who were killed on the job. It is also a day to commit ourselves to eliminating workplace illness and injury. The day was founded based on a resolution written by CUPE’s National Health and Safety Committee in 1984.
A number of ceremonies are being held to commemorate this significant day. Please click here for a list of the various ceremonies and locations.
