Court Rules Employers must Accommodate Child Care Scheduling Needs

In a ruling released on February 5, the federal court has ruled that employers must try to accommodate the child care scheduling needs of their staff. The judge said requests for child-care accommodations stem from legitimate needs and are not simply lifestyle choices.
