On Thursday, December 4, 2014, Paul McKenna, one of the Partners in the Labour Law Department at Myers Weinberg LLP, will be presenting at the Union Centre, 275 Broadway, Room 2C at 5:30 p.m. on the subject of the role of Shop Stewards and how their involvement in day-to-day issues can affect such matters as grievances, workplace rights and discipline.
Paul will also discuss the rights and responsibilities of Shop Stewards. This seminar is meant for Shop Stewards of all levels of experience.
The session will include an interactive format, reviewing real life situations and asking Shop Stewards and Union Representatives to share and discuss their experiences.
