Local 500 is looking for 29 big hearted enthusiastic riders committed to raise $50 or more, to participate in the 2014 Manitoba Heart and Stroke Big Bike event. There is plenty of room to join our "CUPE 500 Positively Public" Team. It’s easy to join. Simply click here to register.
The Big Bike is one of the Heart and Stroke Foundation's most FUN-raising fundraising events. The event is named after the BIG 30-seat BIKE. Teams are made up of 29 riders and one driver (provided by the Heart and Stroke Foundation) who pedal through their community in support of heart disease and stroke research.
The "CUPE 500 Positively Public" team will ride on Wednesday, June 18, 2014. The ride takes about 20 minutes to complete. Location and start time for this year’s event will be announced soon.
