Local 500/Emterra Bargaining Update: Meeting/Voting on Tentative Ageeement

A tentative agreement has been reached between CUPE Local 500 and Emterra Environmental.
All CUPE Local 500 members working at the Emterra Recycling Plant are eligible to attend the meeting and vote on the tentative agreement. During the meeting, the Union's Negotiating Committee will explain the offer of settlement and answer your questions. The Union’s Negotiating Committee is recommending that the members accept the tentative settlement.
Please plan to attend one of the following meetings and vote on the contract.
Meeting/Voting:
When: Sunday, January 14, 2018
Times: 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm
Where: Union Centre, 275 Broadway Room 2C – 2nd Floor
