Local 500 Safety Ad reminds drivers to "slow down and stay alert in work zones"

Local 500 is airing its annual radio ad promoting road safety during spring clean-up operations. The ad serves as a reminder to all motorists to slow down and stay alert in work zones.
"With spring clean-up operations in full swing, our members are doing their part to improve our streets, boulevards, sidewalks and the pathways we all depend on," said Local 500 President, Gord Delbridge. "By simply slowing down and staying alert in a work zone, can mean another safe day on the job for our members."
