The new collective agreement between CUPE Local 500 and the City of Winnipeg has been signed by all parties and is now available to the membership. The effective date of the agreement is December 28, 2014 - December 24, 2016.
There are a number of ways to access the new collective agreement and salary schedules: (Please note that the Local is no longer printing and mailing out the standard collective agreement booklet).
1. You can view or download a PDF of the new collective agreement and/or salary schedules by visiting the Local 500 website at cupe500.mb.ca. Simply click on the negotiations tab on the home page and then click on the collective agreements tab to take you to the list of agreements.
2. Members can request that the Collective Agreement be sent to them electronically in PDF format via email.
3. For those of our members who do not have access to a computer or online copy, you can drop by the Local 500 office at 275 Broadway and pick up a hard copy of the Agreement. If you are unable to visit the office, please contact us to request a hard copy be mailed out.
