On June 29, Local 500 members working in the Aquatics Services Division of the Community Services Department, ratified their Supplementary Agreement with the City of Winnipeg. Acceptance was 66%.
The new Supplementary Agreement refers to Temporary and Part-time Instructors and Instructor Guards and replaces Letter of Understanding #14, Aquatics Branch General Conditions and Assignment of Work for Part-time Instructor Guards.
The Local would like to thank the members of the negotiatiang committee for their hard work and commitment to ensuring our members’ concerns and issues were represented and reflected in the new supplementary agreement.
